• Salary: From $80,000 to $130,000 per year

Position Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. You will greet customers courteously, inspect vehicles, review service history, provide accurate cost and time estimates, promote services and parts, and obtain customer authorization before commencing work.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers promptly and professionally.
• Inspect vehicles and review service history to determine necessary services.
• Recommend appropriate services, parts, and accessories based on product knowledge.
• Provide accurate cost estimates and completion times; obtain customer approval.
• Monitor service progress and communicate any updates to customers promptly.
• Manage warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Confirm appointment details with customers by phone prior to service dates.
• Follow up with customers after repairs to ensure satisfaction.
• Inspect vehicles before delivery to confirm completion of services or repairs and communicate results.
• Comply with all state and federal laws related to automobile repair and consumer protection.
• Exemplify company values in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and vendors.

• Minimum of two years of experience as a service advisor.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Positive attitude and energetic personality.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a process-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
