Position Summary

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will greet customers promptly and courteously, assess their vehicle service needs, and provide accurate estimates. Your expertise will help promote appropriate service sales and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Inspect vehicles and review service history to identify service needs accurately
• Recommend and promote services, parts, and accessories based on product knowledge
• Provide customers with clear cost and time estimates and obtain necessary authorizations
• Monitor service progress and communicate any changes to customers promptly
• Manage warranty repairs following manufacturer guidelines
• Confirm service appointments by phone prior to scheduled visits
• Conduct post-repair follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
• Inspect vehicles before delivery to verify all services and repairs were completed correctly
• Adhere to state and federal laws related to automobile repair and consumer protection
• Demonstrate company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors

Work Hours

This is a full-time position. Specific hours will be discussed during the interview process.

• Minimum of two years’ experience as a service advisor
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license in California with a clean driving record
• Energetic personality and positive attitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a process-driven environment
