Kia of Garden Grove, a part of Hardin Automotive Group, is seeking experienced Automotive Sales Consultants for our high-volume dealership located in Central Orange County. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where motivated sales professionals can succeed and grow.

Job Details

• Salary: From $75,000 to $150,000 per year
• Job Type: Full Time
• Location: Garden Grove, CA 92843

Key Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and follow up with internet leads effectively
• Manage and close sales across retail and digital platforms
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Utilize CRM tools to monitor leads and sales activities efficiently
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

• At least 1 year of experience in automotive dealership sales
• Proven track record of closing deals and consistently meeting sales targets
• Experience with internet sales, BDC, or digital retailing is preferred
• Proficiency with CRM systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Vehicle Sales License required
