Job Details

  • Salary: From $45,000 to $150,000 a year
  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Location: Irvine, CA 92618

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact customers and conduct needs analysis to identify desired vehicle make, model, and features.
  • Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation within the showroom or on the road.
  • Research vehicle availability and optional equipment using computerized databases.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance & Insurance Managers to negotiate sales prices including taxes, trade-in allowances, fees, discounts, and financing or lease terms.
  • Regularly inspect dealership inventory by walking the lot.
  • Complete all required paperwork and coordinate vehicle delivery and registration.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers and familiarize them with vehicle features.
  • Attend required training sessions and department meetings.
  • Maintain consistent and predictable attendance to support team operations.

Work Hours

This is a full-time role aligned with dealership operating hours. Specific schedules will be shared during the hiring process.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive internet sales.
  • At least 1 year of internet sales management experience or equivalent training.
  • Strong sales skills with excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Highly organized with effective follow-up skills to manage client relationships pre- and post-sale.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
