Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience, with a heavy emphasis on heavy line, engine, or transmission work.
- Brand Expertise: Prior GM dealership experience and strong familiarity with Duramax diesel platforms are highly preferred.
- Certifications: Active ASE certifications (specifically A1 Engine Repair, A2 Automatic Transmission, and/or A9 Light Vehicle Diesel) or GM factory training credentials.
- Tools: Must possess a comprehensive inventory of personal professional tools and roll-cart.
- Tech Savvy: Ability to comfortably navigate digital repair manuals, wiring diagrams, and shop management software.
- Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean record to test-drive customer and dealership vehicles.

Experience in performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostic, maintenance, and repair service on various vehicle makes and models.
Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving goals

Ability to read and comprehend instructions
Ability to exercise good judgement
Valid State drivers license and good driving record
