Position Summary

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and assess their vehicle preferences through needs analysis.
  • Present and demonstrate vehicle features both on the showroom floor and during test drives.
  • Use computer databases to research vehicle availability and optional equipment.
  • Work with Sales and Finance & Insurance Managers to negotiate sales including taxes, trade-in allowances, fees, discounts, and financing or leasing terms.
  • Conduct visual inspections of vehicles on the lot to ensure quality and readiness.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and assist with vehicle delivery and registration processes.
  • Guide customers through vehicle operation and features upon delivery.
  • Participate in training sessions and departmental meetings as required.
  • Maintain consistent, reliable attendance.
