Job Details

  • Salary: From $35,000 to $150,000 per year
  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Location: Garden Grove, CA 92843

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers on the sales floor and perform needs analysis to identify desired vehicle make, type, and features.
  • Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation both in the showroom and during test drives.
  • Use computer databases to research model availability and optional equipment.
  • Work with Sales and Finance & Insurance managers to negotiate sales prices, taxes, trade-in allowances, licensing fees, discounts, and financing or leasing terms.
  • Inspect inventory regularly by walking the lot to ensure accuracy and availability.
  • Complete all required paperwork and coordinate vehicle delivery and registration.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers and provide thorough orientation to ensure satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions and departmental meetings as required.
  • Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.

Work Hours

This is a full-time role. Specific work hours may vary based on dealership scheduling needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year related experience, training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong sales skills with excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Organized with the ability to follow up and maintain contact with clients before and after sales.
  • Current valid driver’s license.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to speak a second language is preferred but not required.
